These terms govern your use of Role Compass (rolecompass.ai), a product of KrishnaJain Private Limited (CIN U62099TS2026PTC218045), Hyderabad, India. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.

What Role Compass is — and isn't

Role Compass is a career-intelligence information service. Each role analysis is built from named, dated industry sources and refreshed as AI reshapes the work. Treat it as guidance and research — not as individualised financial, legal, medical, or career advice, and not a guarantee of any job outcome. Decisions about your career remain yours.

Eligibility and your account

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
• Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

Acceptable use

• Use the service for your own career planning (or your team's, under a team arrangement).
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our content or data.
• Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, or to access another user's data.

Paid plans and payment

Paid plans unlock the full role analysis, the personalised 12-week action plan, and — on eligible plans — weekly briefings and advanced insights. You pay once for your chosen plan period and get full access until that period ends. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge — we never charge your payment method again unless you yourself buy a new period. Prices are shown in INR by default; if you choose USD at checkout, that is the currency you are charged in. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans start at ₹2,999; the current plans and prices are always listed on our pricing page at rolecompass.ai/pricing. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Role Compass name, site, structure, and content belong to KrishnaJain Private Limited or its licensors. Your plan grants you personal, non-commercial use — it does not transfer ownership.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms (for example, scraping or payment fraud). You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
