What every seat gets

A team seat is the same Pro plan an individual buys at the standard ₹29,990/year — nothing stripped out: their exact role and specialization (not a generic score), the full 12-week reskilling plan refreshed every quarter — so a year is four cycles — with weekly updates as the field moves, the entire experience in English or natural Hindi, and one annual INR invoice for you instead of per-person card payments.

How the pricing works

There is one product — RoleCompass Pro. Its standard price is ₹29,990 per person per year. For Teams is the same plan bought in bulk: you take seats for many people at once and pay less per seat. The seat price is identical whether the person is a student or an employee — we price the value each person receives, not the buyer’s budget. Campus plans are sold per academic year (each seat runs a full 12 months); workforce plans per year.

Larger campuses, multi-year terms, and licences beyond 100 seats are quoted individually — tell us your numbers.

Start with a pilot — one 12-week cycle, then the annual rollout

Every plan starts as a paid pilot: one quarter — one complete 12-week cycle — at 30% of the plan’s annual price, for a company team or a final-year campus batch alike. Every pilot seat is the full Pro product, with weekly AI intelligence updates throughout. The 12-week plan refreshes every quarter, so the full year is four cycles; the pilot is the first one. Convert to the annual plan while your pilot is running and the full pilot payment is credited against the annual invoice. One pilot per organisation.

The questions we get first

How many users does one plan cover?

Each plan is a seat band — for example "up to 50 students" or "up to 25 employees". You pick the band that fits your headcount. If you are above the biggest band (100 students or 100 employees), we size a custom plan for you.

Which plan do the users get — is it the same as the paid plan individuals buy?

Yes. Every seat is a full annual RoleCompass Pro account — the same plan an individual buys at the standard price of ₹29,990/year, with nothing removed. Buying in bulk is what earns the volume discount.

Is it billed quarterly or yearly?

Yearly is the standard — colleges and companies budget by the year, and each seat’s 12-week plan refreshes every quarter, so a year is four cycles with weekly updates throughout. If you want to start smaller, every plan offers a paid pilot: one quarter — one complete 12-week cycle — at 30% of the annual price, for a company team or a final-year campus batch alike. Convert to the annual plan during the pilot and the pilot payment is credited against the annual invoice.

Are these the final prices?

They are indicative starting rates. Every institutional deal is confirmed after a short call — the final price depends on the number of seats, the term, and the level of support you need.

How do we pay?

One annual invoice in INR, collected through Razorpay — pay by UPI, netbanking / NEFT, or corporate card. There are no per-student or per-employee card payments to manage.

Yes — most teams start with a single placement batch or one department, see the results, and then expand. That is exactly what the pilot is for.
